"Across from the car-rental depot" and a "short hop from the airport" via a "regular courtesy shuttle", this "older" mid-rise leaves many surveyors "expecting a lot more"; "disappointing" elements include a staff that's friendly but "generally unhelpful", and "small", "outdated" rooms that are often "far from the elevators" and only reachable via "exterior corridors", making it all feel "like a Motel 6"; on the plus side, the 24-hour pool has a "nice sitting area."

Parking lot was full when we arrived..hallway carpets need cleaning

The rating fits the hotel. Great staff. Couldn't find a parking spot, but staff allowed us to park in an employee area. Didn't like having to pay $14 to park. They need more than 2 computers for guests to use. Had to wait 15 minutes to use one. A/C was noisy and hairs in the bathroom. Still, the beds were comfy and rooms quiet. Both nights had no hot water. Work done at night.

Hotel appeared to be recently purchased by Sheraton and improvements are being made. Google called it Continental Plaza. We did not use the hotel facilities much for a lack of time.
